Clients are responsible for ensuring their business practices, products, and services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in their operating jurisdictions.
Payment Terms and Billing
Payment Structure
Payment terms vary based on service type and project scope:
- Monthly Retainer Services: Invoiced monthly in advance with payment due within 15 days of invoice date.
- Project-Based Work: Payment schedule as outlined in individual project agreements, typically requiring 50% advance payment and the remainder upon project completion.
- Setup Fees: One-time setup fees for new campaigns or accounts are due upon contract execution.
Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
- Service suspension after 30 days of non-payment
- Interest charges of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
- Collection costs and legal fees added to the outstanding balance
- Termination of services for accounts more than 60 days overdue
Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Monthly retainer fees are generally non-refundable after services have commenced. Project-based work refunds are subject to completion percentage and deliverables provided.
Third-Party Costs
Clients are responsible for all third-party costs associated with campaigns, including advertising spend, premium tools, software subscriptions, and any other external expenses required for service delivery.
Intellectual Property Rights

BulletinTech Media retains ownership of:

- Templates, tools, and proprietary systems used in service delivery
- General knowledge and expertise gained through service provision
Deliverables
Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to specific deliverables created exclusively for their projects, including custom content, graphics, and campaign assets. Generic strategies, templates, and methodologies remain BulletinTech Media property.
Website and Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Performance and Results
Performance Standards

No Guaranteed Results

Both parties may have access to confidential information during our business relationship. We agree to:

- Return or destroy confidential information upon contract termination
Data Protection
We handle all client data under our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring their data practices comply with relevant regulations in their jurisdictions.
Service Level Agreements
Response Times
- Email inquiries: Response within 24 hours during business days
- Urgent client requests: Response within 4 hours during business hours
- Regular project communications: Weekly updates or as specified in service agreements
Business Hours
Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Emergency support may be available outside these hours for critical issues.
Service Interruptions
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain continuous service delivery. However, we are not liable for interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party platform issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BulletinTech Media’s total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for services in the six months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

- Third-party claims or platform policy violations
- Results of the client’s failure to follow our recommendations
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, or third-party platform changes.
Contract Termination
Termination by Client
Clients may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:
- Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered
- All deliverables completed to date will be provided
- Access to accounts and platforms will be transferred back to the client
- Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
Termination by BulletinTech Media
We may terminate services immediately for:
- Non-payment of fees after 60 days
- Violation of these Terms or service agreements
- Illegal or unethical business practices by the client
- Abusive behavior toward our team members
Post-Termination
Upon termination, both parties will:
- Return or destroy confidential information
- Cease using each other’s intellectual property
- Complete transition of account access and campaign materials
- Honor ongoing confidentiality obligations
Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through:
- Direct Negotiation: Good-faith discussions between authorized representatives
- Mediation: Binding mediation with a neutral third party if direct negotiation fails
- Arbitration: Binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015, if mediation is unsuccessful
Legal Costs
The prevailing party in any legal dispute may be entitled to recovery of reasonable attorney fees and court costs.
Modifications and Updates
Terms Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to existing clients via email with at least 30 days notice before taking effect.
Service Changes
We may modify, discontinue, or add new services with appropriate notice to existing clients. Changes to ongoing service agreements require written consent from both parties.
Continued Use
Your continued use of our services after the Terms modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any signed service agreements and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity. Clients may not assign their rights without our written consent.
Independent Contractors
The relationship between BulletinTech Media and clients is that of independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
